Ken Brandon

Ken Brandon has been President of Nutrac, Inc since Q1 2007 and serves as Managing Director. Ken founded Nutrac in 2006 and has led the firm to a successful emergence through maximizing business technology investment and partnership within Nutrac's global professional network, established over 20 years. He manages single-database processes' integration of real-time data to client ERP systems as well as, direction and development of client services through sustainable ROI's, and strategic partnership collaboration, alliances, and skill-set validation-infusion.

Ken was featured in a special business edition of INC Magazine 'Standing up to Goliath.' In 2009, Nutrac partnered with JAS Strategies to form Nutrac Partners Global, LLC to enhance client focused growth strategies in government contracts, international trade channels and diversity spend management. Demand generation, lead nurturing and opportunity management for Sales and Marketing automation and Human Resources PEO services are developing core competencies.

Mr. Brandon's record of Fortune 1000 successes in global Procurement include: Relocation Services, GPS-Telematics enhanced Fleet Management, Facilities Management and Human Resources. Ken has helped plan, manage and audit over twenty global corporate group-moves and several employee relocation programs. He has trained and managed over 50 commercial and residential real estate agents and implemented three in-house tax-protected corporate relocation programs. More recently, he authored 'Managing Global Relocation Risk 2010'.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte; Certificates in International Trade-Freight Forwarding-Distribution-Warehousing, and Continuing Education in Web and SaaS Technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and IBM as well as, Employee Relocation Council, North Carolina Real Estate Commission and Mingle Institute.

 

Joaquin Soria

Joaquin Soria has been Vice President and Managing Partner of Nutrac, Inc. since Q1 2009. Prior to that, he was Vice President Finance - U.S. Operations for Sirona Dental Systems, Inc. Joaquin spent thirteen years with DaimlerChrysler, where he held various global assignments, as Treasurer, Controller, and Vice President of Finance for various operations for the group.  He was part of the team who successfully introduced the Sprinter Van into the North American truck market in 2001; in this same year he relocated to Charlotte, NC. 

Mr. Soria was instrumental in the relocation of the Latin American headquarters for Mercedes-Benz from Stuttgart, Germany to Miami, Florida.  A native from Mexico has also lived in Germany and Spain working for Daimler.  During his earlier career years in Mexico City, he worked as an Economist for the Banco de Mexico, the Central Bank; as a Sr. Planning Analyst for American Express; and held various positions for House of Fuller, a subsidiary of Sara Lee Corporation.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is Licensed to practice Real Estate in North Carolina. He is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI), the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), Toastmasters International, and the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) from where he holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.  Joaquin is fluent in Spanish and German.

 

Don Gilman

Don Gilman has been Managing Director of Nutrac, Inc. since Q4 2009. Don is based in Raleigh, NC and has been active in Information Systems and Technology for over 20 years. He is putting his previous business experience to good use as a software implementation and technology consultant.  His recent focus has been on development, implementation and integration of SaaS applications for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business intelligence. His other specialties are in: ERP, CRM, Sales Automation and Compliance. Industries served include: Finance, Construction, Architecture, Manufacturing, Education, Government and fortune 1000 companies.

Don has worked on a global scale in Finance and HR shared services and has managed development projects, global production support teams and major IT assurance efforts for major clients. Recent assignments have included Program Management for SaaS projects, Project Management for: Web Development, Software Quality Assurance Testing and Compliance work. He has worked diligently to deliver and support business processes, improve performance, cut waste and enhance corporate reporting.  A core competency is his ability to assess process problems and develop effective solutions.  His work scales from small to large projects that range in size from a single department to global organizations.

Don is currently certified in several areas:
Project Management – CPM by CEIA
Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt by Star Six Sigma
Information Systems Auditing – CISA by ISACA

He is uniquely qualified to assist in: Business Planning and Consulting, Software Sales and Marketing, Sales and Marketing Automation, Technology and Compliance Consulting, Systems Implementation and Integration, Strategic Planning and Execution.

Don has just completed:
A recent large scale appraisal project: An appraisal and audit project for a consulting firm that was hired to determine the value of assets for certain failed US banks.
A recent large scale project: The implementation and delivery of PeopleSoft and Oracle across 3 continents, 14 countries and 58 locations, including the integration of 23 separate business systems for a large CRO.


John Sanchez

John Sanchez has been Managing Director of Nutrac, Inc. since Q2 2010. John has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at The Florida State University in 1991.  Upon graduation he started his career at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (a top ten CPA firm that was acquired by E&Y in 1995) where he worked on audit, tax and consulting engagements.

Mr. Sanchez transitioned to corporate finance, working at several Fortune 500 companies including Blockbuster Entertainment, AutoNation USA and Royal Caribbean Cruises.  He served in various roles in  financial planning and analysis, mergers & acquisitions and corporate development. Prior to starting his consulting career Mr. Sanchez was the Manager of Corporate Development for the Used Vehicle Division of AutoNation USA where he was responsible for the long term strategic plan for the division.

John began his consulting career in 1997 and has served numerous clients in several industries.  He has also served as a financial services professional providing individual and small business financial planning.
